The Westerman Foundation Diocese of Dallas Legacy
Founder Laura Jane Westerman and her family have demonstrated multi-generational service and unwavering support for the Diocese of Dallas and its Catholic schools. In recognition of this enduring legacy, the Westerman Foundation established the Diocese of Dallas Catholic Education Initiative as an investment in Catholic education to under served communities within the Diocese of Dallas.

Diocese of Dallas Overview
The Diocese of Dallas Catholic schools have long been recognized for academic excellence and the integration of faith formation in learning.  Through their Saints and Scholar Curriculum Standards which integrate faith and rigor across all content areas, they continue to enrich the lives of their students.  
In partnership with the Diocese of Dallas, The Westerman Foundation is committed to ensuring that all students, especially from under served communities have access to a high-quality Catholic education.

The Westerman Foundation’s Diocese of Dallas Catholic Education Initiative is committed to providing resources and support services to students, faculty, and families in under served communities to enable all students, regardless of their ability, to have access to a transformative Catholic education. Key objectives include

Enhancing educational outcomes in under served communities through targeted investment

Expanding student and family support services to foster resilience and promote supportive learning environments

Enriching Curriculum support and intervention for students of all learning abilities
